In order to maintain and improve upon the level of product quality and service delivery for which ADG-Alpine is known and to emphasise our policy to establish and maintain a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000.

Through the application of this system we will strive to achieve defect free installation and in turn provide both products and service that completely satisfy not only our customers needs and expectations but also legislative and regulatory requirements . We acknowledge that the planned arrangements to achieve the above objectives can remain effective and efficient if we integrate and adopt a policy of continuous improvement into the Quality Management System .

We recognise that we will only achieve these objectives through the efforts of each and every ADG-Windows employee. We will therefore create a safe, healthy and satisfying work environment that will be augmented by ongoing training & development of each employee. We acknowledge too the importance of suppliers to achieving our objectives and therefore we will actively promote working partnerships with our suppliers.

Ensuring that we meet our business objectives is the responsibility of every ADG-Windows employee and everyone must work within the requirements of the Quality Management System.
